Happy belated 4th of July! After a few stressful weeks or searching for a rent house we finally found a gem on the edge of the Crestview neighborhood in Austin. It's an old home (built in 1954) that has been renovated and modernized a bit but they have kept the charm that we love! We have definitely had a few kinks with plumbing, electric, and A/C but have been blessed with an attentive landlord. We've got some Uhaul pictures, some pictures from our first grill out, and then finally some of our 4th of July party and the house finished. There are no finished pictures of the kitchen or bathroom yet because there are 4 plumbers here right now re-routing pipes and things...when they've finished and I've put everything back in cabinets I'll take more pictures. Come visit us!!!!!
